Filler Plug-ins
To utilize the forms
on this page, you must install the OmniForm Internet Filler Plug-In for your Internet
browser. To install, first select the link below to retrieve the appropriate plug-in from
Caere. Save the file to your local hard disk. Exit your Internet browser and Run the file
that you downloaded (OIF32.EXE or OIF16.EXE). The file will self-extract and begin the
installation. Follow the installation instructions that appear on the screen. Once
installation is complete, you are ready to launch your Internet browser and complete the
forms available here.

Download the OmniForm Internet Filler Plug-in for All other systems.
You must also download
the barcode font and install it using your Windows control
panel fonts applet.
